Southern Lights, a long-term art installation by Chris Robinson, will span the Congaree River between Blossom Street and Gervais Street bridges for a decade. The laser installation is scheduled to light up every evening in Cayce, West Columbia and Columbia every evening for the next decade, launching on Saturday, August 19 as part of the Total Solar Eclipse Weekend celebrations.Chris will be joining us to tell us more about the installation and answer questions. This a great time to get some behind-the-scenes knowledge about the upcoming signature art attraction.
